Refund & Return Policy

At Nyro, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, personalized fragrances. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help in case you experience any issues with your order. Please read our policy below for returns, refunds, and replacements.


1. No Returns on Perfume Products

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on perfumes once they have been delivered — unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or with an incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at support@nyrofragrance.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference


3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Fragrances that are custom-blended or have personalized labels/names are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • We will notify you once the refund has been initiated

  • Nyro is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
